ballet & pointe
This program develops strong ballet technique, musicality, and artistry from foundational training to advanced pointe work. Dancers progress through barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises, refining alignment, fluidity, and control. Pre-Pointe training strengthens the feet, ankles, and core to prepare for pointe work, while Pointe class focuses on balance, endurance, and classical repertoire.
PRE pointe
Pre-Pointe is designed to prepare ballet students for the strength, alignment, and technique required to begin pointe work safely. Dancers will focus on building ankle and foot strength, improving core stability, refining turnout, and enhancing overall ballet technique. This class ensures dancers develop the proper foundation before advancing to pointe shoes.
fusion
A versatile and dynamic class blending multiple styles, such as jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and world dance forms. Dancers will develop adaptability and explore how different movement qualities and techniques can be seamlessly integrated into unique choreography.
contemporary
This class blends ballet, jazz, and modern techniques with an emphasis on expressive movement and fluid transitions. Dancers explore weight shifts, spirals, floorwork, and improvisation while learning choreography that challenges their ability to connect mind and body.
modern
Rooted in techniques from Graham, Horton, and Limon, this class explores grounded movement, breath work, and expressive storytelling. Dancers will develop strength through contraction and release, weight shifts, floorwork, and expansive movement. Improvisation and compositional exercises encourage personal artistry.
jazz & technique
Our Jazz classes combines classic jazz fundamentals with technical drills to refine turns, leaps, and isolations. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, and musicality while exploring both commercial and traditional jazz styles. Across-the-floor exercises and center combinations emphasize sharpness, dynamics, and performance quality.
movement & Improv
This class explores improvisation techniques to help dancers expand their movement vocabulary, deepen body awareness, and strengthen the mind-body connection. Through guided exercises, students develop confidence in their personal movement style, fostering creativity and authenticity in their artistry. These skills enhance versatility and adaptability, benefiting dancers across all genres.
musical theater
Bringing Broadway energy to the studio, this class combines dance, acting, and storytelling. Dancers will focus on stylized choreography, character work, and stage presence while learning choreography inspired by musical theatre classics and current productions.
acro
A fusion of dance and gymnastics, our Acro class builds strength, flexibility, and control while incorporating acrobatic elements into dance sequences. Skills such as aerials, walkovers, and partner work are developed with a focus on seamless transitions and movement flow.
pilates
This class strengthens core stability, improves posture, and enhances flexibility using Pilates techniques tailored for dancers. Floor exercises focus on breath control, deep muscle activation, and injury prevention, helping dancers refine technique and build endurance.
hip HOP & Freestyle
A high-energy class exploring hip-hop foundations such as grooves, footwork, isolations, and musicality. Dancers will learn commercial choreography as well as battle-style freestyle techniques, encouraging personal expression and confidence. Styles may include popping, locking, breaking, house and more.
GROOVES
Hip Hop Grooves dives into the social dances and foundational steps that shaped hip hop culture. This class explores bounce, rock, and flow while connecting movement to the music, history, and vibe of the era it came from. Perfect for dancers wanting to move with style, confidence, and cultural awareness.
FOUNDATIONS
Hip Hop Foundations focuses on the core movement, technique, and history of hip hop dance. Dancers will train in a variety of foundational material that serve as the building blocks for all hip hop styles. Class blends drills, musicality training, and cultural context to help dancers move authentically and confidently in any hip hop setting.
tap
A rhythm-based class that sharpens musicality, timing, and intricate footwork. Dancers will develop clarity of sound through rudiments, across-the-floor drills, and center choreography. The class explores both Broadway-style and rhythm tap, incorporating syncopation and dynamic phrasing.
